No matter where you are on the planet there is a must see sky show tonight after sunset!
The waxing crescent Moon and brilliant, beautiful Venus will be in the SW sky.
The Moon will most likely exhibit Earthshine - that ghostly gray light that illuminates the portions of the Moon that are not in direct sunlight. It is reflected sunlight off of our planet's oceans and primarily clouds.
Be sure to get your camera out and try taking a pic as it gets dark. It will be easy to focus on Venus and pop a pic.
