SKY GUY VIEWING ALERT!!!!! MOON AND VENUS PRED-DAWN 9/14/20

 Hey Space Placers!!!

If you are up before dawn tomorrow morning (9/14/20) brilliant Venus and the thin waning crescent Moon are going to be doing a meet up in the eastern sky.

There are few sky sights as beautiful and exhilarating as Venus and the crescent Moon being in proximity to one another. The Moon should also have Earthshine visible which is the dark face of the Moon being faintly visible due to the reflection of sunlight off our planet's clouds. Earthshine is a distinct grayish color sometimes with a blush tint. Binoculars really help enhance the view.

Try taking a pic of the celestial pair. They are bright enough so that a smartphone could image the two in the sky.
