Hey, Space Placers!
Screen Shot Of Daily Moon Guide
Are you a Moon lover - someone who enjoys looking at the Moon in the sky and following Luna's monthly cycle & phases?
If so, you and I now have a fantastic new Moon tool courtesy of NASA called "Daily Moon Guide".
Add the link to your "Favorites" and every day you can see the phase of the Moon, what it looks like and highlighted areas that are featured for that day. Details of the highlighted areas are provided based on whether you look visually with your eyes, through binoculars or a telescope.
Photos from NASA's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) are provided too. You can see how the Moon will look through an entire month's lunar cycle and project the view on a future given date.
There is a useful FAQ section and the website has more links to NASA Moon info.
It is a wonderful addition for all of us Moon lovers. This with will get a LOT OF USE when the Artemis Moon missions fly to the Moon.
THANK YOU NASA & LRO!
